Refund policy
1. Return Window
Customers must initiate a return within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please provide opening videos and clear pictures specifying the issue with the product.

Please note that products sold at discounted or offer prices are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

5. Return Shipping Costs
For products purchased at offer prices, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For regular-priced products, Spices dale may cover the shipping costs based on the circumstances.
6. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 2 weeks. We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued.
7. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. No store credits or alternate methods will be provided.
